So often in nutrition, opinions and perspectives can come drenched in bias. It’s only natural that a livestock producer is going to have reservations about meat alternatives. In the same way, alternative mylk (mylk is a real word, dating back to the Scandanavian vikings who used it to name the water they used to preserve oats) processors also may feel pressure competing against traditional proteins.
